Nach der 1. Wäsche schon oberflächliche Knötchen

Eigentlich bin ich wirklich ein Fan von Alife&Kickin, aber von diesem Pullover bin ich wirklich enttäuscht.
Trotz waschen auf links, 30Grad und ohne Weichspüler, sieht der Pullover nicht mehr schön aus.
Die Stoffoberfläche ist rau und hat ganz viele kleine Knötchen, wie man es von billigen Pullovern kennt.

Habe den Hersteller angeschrieben, dieser sagt natürlich ich soll mich beim Verkäufer melden.
Dies hab ich gemacht und werde hingehalten, da der Hersteller angeblich nicht antwortet.
