How do I get information about the current offers? (customer account)
As a subscriber to our free 7Guns newsletter, you will be regularly informed about current offers. You can easily subscribe to the newsletter on our homepage. However, we also post special promotions on Facebook Link from time to time, so this will also give you an advantage.
What are the advantages of registering with 7Guns (customer account)?
As a registered customer, you can shop even faster and easier in the 7Guns Online Store. After registering and logging in, your address data is already pre-entered on the order page and you can, for example, enter additional (delivery) addresses. Furthermore, you have the possibility to create a wish list, send it to your friends via link or simply use it for future purchases. A further advantage is that you can rate your purchased items as a registered customer and receive a bonus credit. For your ratings we will credit - in the first level - 1 Euro to your customer account. In the second level even 2 Euro. So you can easily grab a maximum of 10 Euro every month, which can be charged with future orders. There is no cash payment of the credit balance.
How can I order as a guest?
You can order from 7Guns Onlinestore at any time without registration. Just add your items to the shopping cart. When you are finished with your selection, simply go to the checkout and select "Order without registration". However, registering also has advantages for you. As a registered customer, you will never need to enter your address and delivery data again. You can create and save a wish list for future purchases, as well as create different delivery addresses. We handle your data absolutely conscientiously and trustfully and do not pass them on to third parties. As a registered customer you can also rate the articles you have received and collect bonus credits. So it is worth it!
How do I know if my order was completed correctly?
If your order has arrived correctly, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail within a few minutes. If you still have any doubts, please contact our customer service via the contact form or call us during business hours. We are happy to help you!
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value for 7Guns. It does not matter if your order has a value of e.g. 1 Euro or 100 Euro. We want our customers to decide for themselves what they want to order and don't push them to buy more than they actually want. It should be noted that within Germany we ship completely free of charge with our shipping partners (GLS and DHL).
What are the shipping costs in Germany ?

What are the international shipping costs?
The shipping costs for a shipment within the EU countries are: 13,90 Euro The shipping costs for a shipment to non-EU countries and worldwide are 35 Euro
With which companies is my item shipped?
We ship your ordered articles basically with our shipping partner GLS. You can find further information under Link In exceptional cases we also send via DHL.
Where do I find the tracking number after shipping?
When your order has left our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email from our shipping partner GLS with the subject line: Your package of 7Guns / B 206 is on its way: Select delivery option This email will inform you about the expected delivery of GLS in your area. You also have the possibility to send a delivery date or another delivery address if you cannot be on site at that time. Furthermore you will find a tracking link in the mail. There you can inform yourself about the current shipping status of your order at any time.
How long do I have to return my item?
You can return unworn items to us within 14 days and you will receive either a credit to your customer account or a refund of the amount. Please be careful not to remove any labels or to soil the items. Unfortunately we cannot take back worn, damaged or already washed articles! How do I get my money back?
After we have received your return it will be checked for 2-3 days. If the items are in order, i.e. unworn, without perfume, smoke residue, we will pay your money back. With Paypal payment, the purchase price will be refunded immediately. With bank transfer it usually takes 1-2 days. Please put a note in the package with your data (IBAN / BIC). Please note from 01.07.2019, customers will only receive a credit to their customer account.
